
Guyana to Hold Jazz Festival
Guyana will soon premier itself on the musical center stage by hosting its first annual Jazz Festival in August 2012. With high anticipation, the three day musical experience aims to attract fans from around the world to Guyana.
In light of the country’s global initiative to be become the receptacle for greenhouse gases, fans will have the opportunity to experience nature in one of the largest unspoiled rainforests on earth, in the land of giants as it is known, with otters, jaguars, pumas and tapirs found nowhere else on the planet.
The event will take place at various venues across the capital city partnering with local service providers for domestic air travel, food, accommodations etc.
The Virginia U.S based organization hosting is event aims to create a theme that exemplifies what it means to “go green” by utilizing products that will ensure minimal impact on the environment and thus reduce the carbon footprint left behind.
